He viewed the damage, prepared the estimate and said he would attempt to find a match for the siding on my home. The contract was to replace the siding on one side of my house. He made arrangements with the installer to complete the job. The installer arrived at 7:00 AM and completed the job by noon in a professional manner. Any questions I had were answered to my full understanding and in a very timely fashion. The last part of the job was the repair to my interior ceiling and insulation. Showcase again bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule and on the first available day I had they were there working and the crew even stayed longer then the normal length work day to complete the job . This was a huge plus to me and my family because we were without our dining room. Anyone with 2 small children knows how hard that can be at dinner time. The last thing I really appreciated was the fact that the crew would not leave until I was completely satisfied with the work. I also received a call from Showcase asking if everything was up to my standards and I was happy with the results. During a storm on Aug 18 we had a 60 ft. tree fall on our house, which did quite a bit of damage. I contacted our insurance company and they in turn passed it on to Showcase Home Improvements, Inc. s. When Mr. Ferber came out to assess the damages my husband talked to him and came in and remarked that he was one of the nicest people he had ever met. He said he was glad to know someone who did home improvements as we needed several things done. A few days later Mr. Ferber came back by and I met him and could not have agreed with my husband more. When we asked him about doing future work he said wait and see if we were satisfied with the pending work.
Before the tree was moved he sent people out to put a cover on the roof that was damaged to eliminate the possibilities of water damage. Next they repaired the roof and the damage to the fascia and soffit where the tree fell. The plaster was cracked in the bedroom and that was sealed and repainted and last the gutters were replaced.
All of the workers involved were thorough, efficient and top notched in their work.
We could not have been happier with their work from start to finish. We would not hesitate to use them again and would be happy to recommend them to any future client.

Showcase Exteriors replaced our old roof near the end of August. We are very pleased with the whole experience. The company's owner came t o our house to work with us, including walking the roof. He explained what needed to be done as well as the pros and cons of various options. We agreed to a contract and he was able to schedule the job for the following week. In the interim he sent a crew to repair a specific leak that was   damaging our interior. The crew did most of the job in one 13 hour day and finished up the work early the next day. The team at Showcase provided exceptional service before, during and after a
new roof installation at my parent's house in Maryland.
Jack went to my parent's house in Maryland and patiently explained the process and showed them samples. He also went the extra mile and visited houses in the neighborhood with roof colors that my parents liked and helping them select the right color names. My parents were comforted also by the fact that Ken (owner) was very patient and was closely involved in the entire process. He was there at the start and at the end (8pm!) to make sure everything went smoothly. The re-roofing team was exceptional as well, working late into the night to make certain the roof was “buttoned up" before leaving. The process took longer because the roof deck also needed to be replaced but the crew was able to get the needed plywood and worked diligently to complete the new roof in one day. It poured rain that night and all were safe and dry. I have already recommended them to two of my parent's neighbors. Since I live and work in Arizona, the team at Showcase Exteriors made this process seamless and easy for me and my parents. We chose Showcase Home Improvements, Inc. s to install a new roof on our home because the company is certified as a Certainteed Select Shingle Roofer and they are a member of the National Roofing Contactors Association. Showcase prepared a roofing proposal and installed the roof in one day. This included removal of the shingles, deck inspection and complete clean up upon completion. We are very satisfied with the new roof and our neighbors were so impressed that they have chosen Showcase to install their new roof.
We also contracted Showcase Home Improvements, Inc. to install new doors, windows and siding on our home. Showcase did such a wonderful job on the roof that I had complete faith that they would do the same quality work for the rest of the exterior on our home. Showcase removed and installed 25 thermal Windows, installed a new front door and patio door, they removed and installed new vinyl siding and gutters. All work was completed within the agreed time period and we were extremely satisfied with the workforce, the results and our communication with Ken Ferber for the completion and quality of the follow up detailed work.
This fall we are planning to remodel our kitchen. My husband and I have already taken the initial steps to contract Showcase Home Improvements, Inc. for our new kitchen.
Sometime in the near future we would like to install a new front flagstone walkway. A new sunroom and deck are part of our future plans for our home. Showcase Exteriors replaced our old roof near the end of August. We are very pleased with the whole experience. The company's owner came to our house to work with us, including walking the roof. He explained what needed to be done as well as the pros and cons of various options. We agreed to a contract and he was able to schedule the job for the following week. In the interim he sent a crew to repair a specific leak that was damaging our interior. The crew did most of the job in one 13 hour day and finished up the work early the next day. The work appears to be top quality and the crew's protection of our flowerbeds and cleanup was impeccable. We would recommend Showcase to anyone.

When Ken came out for the estimate, he included his insurance and license information in the proposal package. Other companies did not do that. He also warned that the wood might be bad if it had not been previously replaced. The team at Showcase provided exceptional service before, during and after a new roof installation at my parent's house in Maryland. Jack went to my parent's house in Maryland and patiently explained the process and showed them samples. He also went the extra mile and visited houses in the neighborhood with roof colors that my parents liked and helping them select the right color names. My parents were comforted also by the fact that Ken (owner) was very patient and was closely involved in the entire process. He was there at the start and at the end (8pm!) to make sure everything went smoothly. The re-roofing team was exceptional as well, working late into the night to make certain the roof was “buttoned up" before leaving. The process took longer because the roof deck also needed to be replaced but the crew was able to get the needed plywood and worked diligently to complete the new roof in one day. It poured rain that night and all were safe and dry. I have already recommended them to two of my parent's neighbors. Since I live and work in Arizona, the team at Showcase Exteriors made this process seamless and easy for me and my parents. I asked for the re-roof to coincide with my visit and they were very agreeable and it all worked out very well.

We chose Showcase Home Improvements, Inc. s to install a new roof on our home because the company is certified as a Certainteed Select Shingle Roofer and they are a member of the National Roofing Contactors Association. Showcase prepared a roofing proposal and installed the roof in one day. This included removal of the shingles, deck inspection and complete clean up upon completion. We are very satisfied with the new roof and our neighbors were so impressed that they have chosen Showcase to install their new roof.
We also contracted Showcase Home Improvements, Inc. to install new doors, windows and siding on our home. Showcase did such a wonderful job on the roof that I had complete faith that they would do the same quality work for the rest of the exterior on our home. Showcase removed and installed 25 thermal Windows, installed a new front door and patio door, they removed and installed new vinyl siding and gutters. All work was completed within the agreed time period and we were extremely satisfied with the workforce, the results and our communication with Ken Ferber for the completion and quality of the follow up detailed work.
This fall we are planning to remodel our kitchen. My husband and I have already taken the initial steps to contract Showcase Home Improvements, Inc. for our new kitchen.
Sometime in the near future we would like to install a new front flagstone walkway. A new sunroom and deck are part of our future plans for our home. We plan to contract with Showcase Home Improvements, Inc. to complete this work. My husband referred 3 of his coworkers and his boss to Showcase Home Improvements, Inc. .
